Split system air conditioning for Champion Lakes homes
Built up largely from the 2000s onward around the regatta lake, Champion Lakes is dominated by relatively new brick-and-render homes on compact estate lots, with a healthy share of double-storey designs. That housing mix shapes most of the split system installation Champion Lakes jobs we take on. Open-plan living and kitchen zones at the rear are common, so a well-sized unit on the main living wall usually does the heavy lifting, while bedrooms often suit smaller heads or a quiet master-bedroom split for sleeping through warm nights.
Because the suburb sits well inland from the coast, salt-air corrosion isn't the concern here that it is in beachside areas - the bigger factors are summer heat load and placing the outdoor condenser sensibly on tighter blocks where homes sit close together. We plan condenser positioning to respect your neighbours, keep noise down, and allow proper airflow and servicing access along narrow side setbacks.
Double-storey homes are where being dual-licensed really pays off. Running line sets and condensate up to an upstairs bedroom or across a multi-head layout, and adding the dedicated electrical circuit a new system needs, is all handled in-house - no separate sparky, no second call-out. Whether it's a fresh install or swapping out a tired old unit, our air conditioning Champion Lakes work is done to spec and left neat.

See all reviews“Excellent Air Conditioning Installation Service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ When looking to install 2 new aircons at my house, I was recommended to use Otter Air & Electrical and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Matt and his assistant. From the initial enquiry through to the completion of the installation, the entire experience was seamless, professional and efficient. Matt responded promptly to emails, arrived exactly on time as scheduled, highly professional and the whole experience was stress-free. On the quote, he provided a few options with breakdown details of what is included in the price and makes it easier to make the decision. On the day of installation, the process was completed on schedule and I'm very happy with the quality of the work. They took great care to keep the work area clean and tidy throughout the job, and once finished, they thoroughly cleaned up, leaving everything spotless. Thank you very much, Matt and team and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and efficient aircon company.”
