Split system air conditioning for Seville Grove homes
Seville Grove is a settled residential suburb between Kelmscott and Camillo, made up largely of brick-and-tile homes built across the 1980s and 90s, sitting alongside pockets of newer infill and group housing. On the older homes, the original switchboard is often the catch: there frequently isn't a spare way for a dedicated air conditioning circuit, and some boards still need an RCD upgrade to meet current standards. Because Otter Air & Electrical is dual-licensed in both air conditioning and electrical, we handle that switchboard work and the new circuit ourselves on the same visit - no juggling a separate sparky, and no second contractor to chase.
Being this far inland, Seville Grove cops the full brunt of Perth's summer heat without any coastal sea breeze to take the edge off, so cooling capacity matters. A common job here is sizing a single head to comfortably cover an open-plan living and kitchen zone, or pairing a master-bedroom unit so the family can actually sleep through a 38-degree night. On the two-storey homes in the newer parts of the suburb, we plan multi-head layouts and upstairs line runs carefully, routing pipework through the roof space or external walls to keep the indoor heads neat and the condenser sensibly placed.
Whether you're replacing a tired old unit that's lost its puff or fitting your first system, our air conditioning Seville Grove work is done to the manufacturer's spec so the warranty stays intact. We pressure-test, vacuum and commission every install properly, tidy up the brackets and conduit, and leave the place clean.

See all reviews“Excellent Air Conditioning Installation Service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ When looking to install 2 new aircons at my house, I was recommended to use Otter Air & Electrical and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Matt and his assistant. From the initial enquiry through to the completion of the installation, the entire experience was seamless, professional and efficient. Matt responded promptly to emails, arrived exactly on time as scheduled, highly professional and the whole experience was stress-free. On the quote, he provided a few options with breakdown details of what is included in the price and makes it easier to make the decision. On the day of installation, the process was completed on schedule and I'm very happy with the quality of the work. They took great care to keep the work area clean and tidy throughout the job, and once finished, they thoroughly cleaned up, leaving everything spotless. Thank you very much, Matt and team and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and efficient aircon company.”
