Where are you based, and what areas do you cover?

Otter Air is based in Perth, Western Australia. We cover all suburbs across the Perth metropolitan area – from Joondalup and Two Rocks in the north, to Mandurah and Serpentine in the south, and everywhere in between.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. All of our electricians and air conditioning technicians are fully licensed and insured. We are committed to providing safe, compliant workmanship on every job.

How quickly can I expect someone to attend to my home?

We offer fast response times across Perth. For most jobs, we can have a technician at your door within the same day. For emergency electrical work, we prioritise the job first thing the next business day.

Do you charge a call out fee?

Our quotes are always free and no-obligation — we never charge just to come out and price up a job. The only time an attendance fee applies is a diagnostic visit where there's no fault to repair (for example a no-fault or user-error callout), which covers our time and travel, and we'll always tell you upfront. Otherwise you simply pay the agreed price for the work, with upfront, transparent pricing.
