Excellent Air Conditioning Installation Service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ When looking to install 2 new aircons at my house, I was recommended to use Otter Air & Electrical and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Matt and his assistant. From the initial enquiry through to the completion of the installation, the entire experience was seamless, professional and efficient. Matt responded promptly to emails, arrived exactly on time as scheduled, highly professional and the whole experience was stress-free. On the quote, he provided a few options with breakdown details of what is included in the price and makes it easier to make the decision. On the day of installation, the process was completed on schedule and I'm very happy with the quality of the work. They took great care to keep the work area clean and tidy throughout the job, and once finished, they thoroughly cleaned up, leaving everything spotless. Thank you very much, Matt and team and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and efficient aircon company.
Matt is one of the best self-employed tradies I have ever found. He arrives on time with his partner, gets stuck into the job at hand and does a cleanup that my wife cannot fault. He is a credit to his occupation.
Phenomenal service provided by Matt! The works was done on schedule and to a professional standard. The price was also very reasonable for the works done. I highly recommend for anyone looking to get aircon work done, and I wish Otter Air Conditioning the best for their future endeavours.
Very happy with the work done by Otter - the whole process including quote, ordering the unit and installing was fast and seamless. Love my new aircon!
Big thanks to Matt for replacing our reverse cycle split system. Otter were able to schedule the job in a reasonable time and quoted a fair price. They turned up when promised and got the job done fast. They were neat and tidy and removed the old system. Our tenants are very happy. I recommend them and would absolutely use them again!
Matt is absolutely brilliant. Accommodated changes in installation dates with no dramas. Was at my address on time. Completed the installation of 4 units with minimal disruption to us at home. What’s best is that he also helped with relocating a painting owing to the unit installation. Very professional and tidy. Didn’t have to go around with the vaccum Cleaner after their clean. Very highly recommended. Thank you Matt
Matt and the team (Celina(?)) were amazing through-out the process. They made time to come out and quote on our extremely strict requirements due to strata. He supplied all the options and upgraded us for free due to a stock issue. By re-using existing cabling, he reduced the cost from the original quote and displayed excellent work and craftsmanship. Matt even returned later in the week to change the screws to a colour that better matches the pipe... extreme after-work / sales service. My partner and I highly recommend Otter Air for their friendliness, quality of work and great customer service.
Matt and his offsider arrived on time and were very efficient tidy and courteous. His work was extremely neat and his offsider kept everything clean. Would recommend him to everybody.
Very happy with the work provided! Matt was punctual, friendly and worked quickly to get my split system installed - would definitely recommend to others!
It’s good to know there are still excellent humans out there and Matt is one of them! When it was a 40degree week and our aircon broke, Matt came to our rescue and managed to fit us in even though we was booked up. He is professional, caring and very reasonably priced. Cannot recommend Matt enough! He is an absolute gem. Thank you so much Matt! Recommended you to everyone I know with an aircon! Thank you thank you thank you!!
Matt and his team have installed a few ac units at my house, I’ve come back to him time and time again as his attention to detail is 10/10. Fairly priced and extremely easy to deal with, I recommend his AC services to everyone.
Very happy with Matt’s service changing over an old busted split system; Matt worked around my busy schedule to install a new fairly priced unit that is sized perfect to the room. So if your chasing some honest service and want a cool room to sleep this coming summer? Look no further! Thanks Matt!
Great experience with Otter Airconditioning. The price was very reasonable, and the service was friendly and professional. The installation was much cleaner than the existing units that were installed.
Thank you Matt for a great job fixing the air conditioner unit. Your professionalism and expertise is commendable. Excellent work. Thanks very much. I highly recommend Otter Air conditioning.
Great communication from the first call for quote through to install on day. Easy to deal with and work is clean and tidy. Awesone install for two new spilts and removal of the evap system on my house. Thank you.
Had a pleasant experience with Matt, he was punctual, professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Thanks for your great service mate.
Matt was fabulous, communication, workmanship, cleanliness and price. I highly recommend using their services.
Was recommended via a friend. Professional and friendly. But most importantly, the opposite of those dodgy operators who tell you things for their benefit. Definitely a breath of fresh air. You 'otter' try them!
Excellent service, even better bloke. Highly recommend!
Thanks for the install Matt!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m extremely happy with the service and quality of work provided by ‘Otter Air Conditioning and Electrical’. The team installed three multi-split air conditioning systems and they serviced an existing air conditioner at our home, and from start to finish they were professional, friendly, reliable and took great care to make sure everything was completed properly. We couldn’t be happier with the result! The workmanship is excellent, and their services are fantastic value for money. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in the work they do. I would highly recommend ‘Otter Air Conditioning and Electrical’ to everyone in Perth looking for quality workmanship, great service and a reliable team. Thank you so much for the fantastic work! 😊
Matt and Serena installed 3x Aircons for me today. Communication and pricing was great. Install looks neat and professional. Couldn’t ask for anything more! Thanks to you both for your hard work! 😊
Thanks to Matt and his team for their quality service and professionalism.
Got a split put in and was genuinely impressed with how simple Matt made the process, and it was $100's cheaper than other quotes that were harder to get. Sent an enquiry on the site, a few emails to line it all up and had the unit installed within 10 days and the workmanship is spot on, inside and out. Everything I needed to know was simple to find on the website, from how they operate to comparing units and easily working out what the best option was. Wouldn't look any further if you're reading this, you've found the team you need.
Matt and his offsider were so great. Super professional, efficient and good value. Very respectful of our property and time. After he installed mine I recommended him to someone else and they also had a very positive experience.
