Phenomenal service provided by Matt! The works was done on schedule and to a professional standard. The price was also very reasonable for the works done. I highly recommend for anyone looking to get aircon work done, and I wish Otter Air Conditioning the best for their future endeavours.
Matt is one of the best self-employed tradies I have ever found. He arrives on time with his partner, gets stuck into the job at hand and does a cleanup that my wife cannot fault. He is a credit to his occupation.
Big thanks to Matt for replacing our reverse cycle split system. Otter were able to schedule the job in a reasonable time and quoted a fair price. They turned up when promised and got the job done fast. They were neat and tidy and removed the old system. Our tenants are very happy. I recommend them and would absolutely use them again!
Matt and the team (Celina(?)) were amazing through-out the process. They made time to come out and quote on our extremely strict requirements due to strata. He supplied all the options and upgraded us for free due to a stock issue. By re-using existing cabling, he reduced the cost from the original quote and displayed excellent work and craftsmanship. Matt even returned later in the week to change the screws to a colour that better matches the pipe... extreme after-work / sales service. My partner and I highly recommend Otter Air for their friendliness, quality of work and great customer service.
Matt is absolutely brilliant. Accommodated changes in installation dates with no dramas. Was at my address on time. Completed the installation of 4 units with minimal disruption to us at home. What’s best is that he also helped with relocating a painting owing to the unit installation. Very professional and tidy. Didn’t have to go around with the vaccum Cleaner after their clean.
