Otter Air & Electrical started with a simple observation from a decade on Perth work sites: almost every air conditioning job needs an electrician, and half the electrical call-outs we saw traced back to someone's aircon. Homeowners were booking two trades, paying two call-out fees, and waiting for two schedules to line up.
So we built the business to be both. Otter Air & Electrical holds a WA electrical contractor's licence (EC16559) and an ARC refrigerant handling licence (AU064616), which means the split system, the dedicated circuit, the switchboard work and the compliance paperwork are all done by one team, in one visit, under one 5-year workmanship warranty.
We're family-owned, WA-owned and based in Huntingdale, servicing homes right across the Perth metro — from Canning Vale to the coast. Every job is quoted upfront, every quote is free, and the person who quotes it is the person who turns up.
